Spritzie Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 My sister has a Shiba Inu, which is the kind of dog I thought I'd get someday. After being around that dog, I've changed my mind. That dog is pure evil. Quote
livvy Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 I love cats. ^_^ Dogs are nice too, but I'd much rather own a cat. Cats are less destructive and tend to get the "I want to be alone right now" message a little better. But they also get "I want to play!" message too. Silver loves playing fetch with hair bands. Cairo loves the hair bands too. And Q-Tips. Milk lids. Those plastic hangers from socks. Pretty much anything that wasn't meant to be a toy. Somewhere, I have a picture of Cairo batting at a Blue Shoyru toy a friend gave me. Quote
Divya Bean Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Aww! Your cats sounds so playful. Most cats are more "I want to be alone." Quote
-Ryan Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 That's how mine was. His name was Tiger. ^^ Quote
Spritzie Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 He doesn't want messed with, most the time, but he likes sleeping in the room that everyone is in. And he likes to play. We used to pull dozens of toys out from under the couches. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 If I had the guts to do so, I'd get a snake. Quote
livvy Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Milk tops and plastic bendy straws. My cats love 'em. That has been many a time I've heard Panda meowing loudly, and when I go to see what's wrong, he's pinning down a beat-up bendy straw, looking up at me proudly. I shall never fear bendy straws for as long as he lives. :D Quote
Spritzie Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Ewww. Snakes are icky. I had a friend that had an iguana. That completely creeped me out. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Ewww. Snakes are icky. I had a friend that had an iguana. That completely creeped me out. x_x While I agree with you on iguanas, I refuse to believe what you just said about snakes. They are EPIC. Them and Sharks. I love snakes so much, it was one of my previous usernames (you most likely already knew that). Quote
Spritzie Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Well definitely! Of course sharks are epic. (My favorites being Great Whites and Nurse sharks.) But snakes creep me out. Though I can handle Hissi's. Quote
-Ryan Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Igaunas are awesome! Although I agree about snakes. Quote

Spritzie Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I'm a typical girl. I don't like bugs and I don't like snakes. Quote
-Ryan Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I don't like RL snakes. They scare me. xD But that dosen't have anything to do with my Layton Vickels obsession. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I'm scared of them too, but one day I will conquer my fear. And if you ever happen to visit my house, you will see a large one in a tank, gulping down a mouse. Quote
livvy Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Snakes are okay. I wouldn't want to own one, but my cousin had one, and it never tried to eat me, so... ^^ Quote
Spritzie Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I wouldn't want to be anywhere near a snake. Just being in the same room with the iguana was icky. Quote
̊ ˉˉ ̊ Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I used to have two little snakes. They died :crying_blow: RIP Slick & Reptar Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I used to have two little snakes. They died :crying_blow: RIP Slick & Reptar Aww that's a shame. But Reptar. You must have watched Rugrats as a kid. Quote
̊ ˉˉ ̊ Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Aww that's a shame. But Reptar. You must have watched Rugrats as a kid. Yes I did :D That's why I named him Reptar, he was a Smooth Green Snake & bigger than Slick, who was a Northern Redbelly Snake. Quote
Spritzie Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I've never done well with naming pets. I named my turtle, Murtle. (Though I was about 7 at the time) And then my bird was already named Hawk by her previous owners. So I made up for it by naming my cat Cairo. Quote
livvy Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Rugrats was an amazing show. :D (Before they "growed up" <_<) My naming fail was naming Silver, Silver. She's very tan. :laughingsmiley: Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Yes I did :D That's why I named him Reptar, he was a Smooth Green Snake & bigger than Slick, who was a Northern Redbelly Snake. I suck at names. If I was to get a snake, I'd name him......uh......er.....I'll get back to you on that one.... Rugrats was an amazing show. :D (Before they "growed up" <_<) All Grown Up was meh-ish. It had it's funny moments, but was usually more likely to make you yawn than laugh. Quote
Spritzie Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Cairo was grey with blue eyes when he was a kitten. I wanted to name him after an Alaskan city. I almost called him Kodiak, because he stood up like a little bear, but he was just too small. He was only 3 lbs at the time. And out of nowhere, I named him Cairo. Which works, because now he's brown with gold eyes. Quote
