Spritzie
I've always enjoyed things like that. Quizzes and such. I used to do them in the middle of the night years ago.
IrishLiz
Hi all! I might have to do it again. It's been years since I've taken it. I took it at that site too. I wonder how different it would be now. They take too long though. :P EDIT: me too Spritzie. :laughingsmiley:
Spritzie
How long do they usually take? I'll probably do it when I get back from getting the tapes pulled. (If the site is back up by then.)
IrishLiz
Um, I think it says twenty to thirty minutes.
Spritzie
Okay. Now I know to wait. I have to go get the tapes pulled in 10 minutes.
Noog
I would say twenty minutes for the mypersonality test. There's a decent amount of questions for each quiz.
-Ryan
My AVID teacher made us take a bunch of tests like that last year with the 8th grade class, so I imagine we'll be doing that again with the new 7th grade AVID class this year... Oh no. Dx

-Ryan
Avid = Elective where you basicaly learn about college and something about preparing us for college. xD The 8th grade and 7th grade AVID class get together alot for stuff like that. IrishLiz
I won't have time until later. I have TA training ALL day today, with a half hour break for lunch. (Plus tomorrow morning, and then a separate one Friday morning for the university). I'm excited. ^ sarcasm
Spritzie
Wow Liz. Sounds like you have a really busy day. Mine is the same of usual. Then I'm off work for the week tomorrow.
IrishLiz
Oh fun. I have jury duty Thursday too. I'm hoping that I get dismissed, haha. Well I'm off. Bye guys!
Noog
Bye! Have Fun :P My economics teacher taught the class how to get out of jury duty legally :P
Spritzie
The second or third week after I started my new job last year, I had jury duty. But I fell in the stand-by group. So I didn't even have to go in. See you later, Liz.
-Ryan
Lol Noog, I wanna learn how to do that. xD Bleh, school starts tomorrow for me. This has been the best summer of my life and i'm kinda sad to see it end...
Wembly
I had jury duty earlier in the year. I was chosen to sit in the jury box but then I got dismissed by the prosecutor, guess she didn't like me, oh well, all the better for me. Besides, it's hard to convince the judge to acquit you anyways. I get my school schedule tomorrow. I start monday.
CAV of Gang Green
I start September 8th, and I haven't read a single page of my break homework because I keep going to my grandmother's house, WHERE THERE'S NO LIBRARY!!!!!
Noog
I've never been to a public library voluntarily. I have until monday to read eragon....
Wembly
Wow, really?! That's what's on your summer reading list. I love the book. I'm jealous. We always had to read books that were written more than 30 years ago.

We always had to read books that were written more than 30 years ago. It's not really a summer reading list. It's based on the Accelerated Reader program where you take online book tests. The test gives you points. A harder/longer book has more available points on it's test. I needed 21 points total so instead of reading two short-ish books I chose Eragon because my brother said it was good.
-Ryan
Isn't one of the Eragon books like 45 points? I reember using it and a shorter chapter book to get my AR goal in like 3 days. xD Those silly people made my goal 50 points, and I ended up going over 200. My parents think that I'm already halfway through the book. XD EDIT: Oh, ONE of the books. I really don't know.
-Ryan
It might've been Eldest, or Brisingr possibly... I just remember my teacher being like "Wut? o.o" when I her told I made my goal. xD I don't think I actually read Eragon actually, just saw the movie... Noog
Since our books are AR, most people will just watch movies to take tests on Eragon/Twilight/Harry Potter. I already took the Harry Potter tests, which I wish I hadn't. I took the tests for the first 3 books back when our required goals were only 5 points.
