Who even came up with the idea anyway? I mean...there's SOMETHING unnatural about not using soap and water...who was the idiot who had a problem with soap and water in the first place? Crazy world we live in... :evo:

Posted

Well, I guess detergents are cheaper and less environmentally damaging in some ways... but really, the dispensers suck. <_<

Let's brainstorm and try and figure out something that works better! :D

Posted

It's okay when it comes in the little hand soap bottles...but I dun like the automatic ones. Hmmmmm. *puts on thinking cap*

Posted

Why not keep all the detergent in little water-soluble packets? We could place stacks of packets in a box or something by each sink. Then, when we want to wash our hands, we can just grab a packet, turn on the tap, and start rubbing. :)

Posted

OOh. that's smart. But not as good for the environment/uses more materials? Or does it not? It does sound much safer though. And controlled.

Posted

The water solubility would probably keep things environmentally friendly. However, packaging things in small packets would use a lot more resources, so it would be rather on the expensive side...

Blast economics! xD

Anything that will keep me from losing my sight again for about 20 min. -Does something resembling winking multiple times-

And ha, everyone at the DC Minions board is either really mad at TNT right now or scared. We're brainstorming words. Curious, anxious, scared, antsy, ect...

I know! Back to the drawing board...what about....ooh. Brilliant idea. Everywhere there is hand sanitizer, there is a person hired to dispense it. Therefore more jobs are created, and that stimulates the economy. :laughingsmiley: Government supported of course. The National Hygenic Security Council (NHSC) should be formed. ^_^

Agreed! I still have to duck whenever I use a soap dispenser, and clean the nozzles regularly. xD

We're keeping an eye on things so we can have coverage as soon as the results come out - which may take a while, seeing as it's a weekend for TNT. :(

However, I might just be able to spin something up to keep all the AC fans entertained. ;)

That sounds pretty sweet! Sanitation engineers for the win! :D

Woohooo! I'll be the first member of the NHSC. You're all hired too. Of course, you have to understand the dangers of hand sanitizer to be allowed to work on the council. We can't just let anyone in, you know.

Ahahaha, someone made a board and says that the TNT cat pulled the plug on the servers and we now have to start over from day 1... of AC 1. xD

Lulz at this conversation at this board:

1: im in ur server roomz, corruptin yur data

2: Who sent you?

1: The lolmeepits

3: You sir, deserve a medal.

Pointless conversations ftw. :P

And you too @ ducking? xD

Posted

I'm telling you, those hand sanitizers are dangerous. Well, not so much dangerous, but unwieldy. You never know how much you're going to end up with.

I love how when TNT slips up, even a little, the whole Neopets world explodes into chaos.

Posted

I imagine they're waiting and laughing until we get organized to pose a threat. This will be a long wait...

Posted

Pretty soon, there's going to be a mass rebellion spawned from a crazy rumor someone started. The best thing is, it's totally possible. You don't want to mess with people's AC.

Posted

For now, I've barricaded TDN's doors with a little something that should hold back the angry mobs for a while (see the AC news board). :P

And as for solutions to the sanitizer problem in regions which are beyond the reach of the NHSC... I suppose umbrellas will have to do. xD

Posted

When in doubt, use an umbrella. Except during acid rain. Then you're in trouble anyways.

And yes, I think they will be kept calm for a litt-- *mob attacks*

Well. They read that pretty darn quick. :D

Posted

HAHAHA! One of my best DC friends said she thinks TNT isn't awake and she got a neomail from TNT saying they constantly read the boards and are always alert. xDDD

I can imagine some TNT moderators frantically placing phone calls to TNT programmers right now.

Posted

Yeah. xD

And lol, someone made a TNT staff smasher marathon board, they're going for 1mil. xD

A bunch of my Minions buddies joined so i'm going to as well. xD

*static* -THE BOARDS ARE COMPLETE CHAOS! COME SAVE US!

-....what? zzzzzz. ACV...problems?

-HURRY THERE ARE MOBS FORMING!

-i...don't...understand

-THE RESULTS ARENT UP YET

-....wha?....THE RESULTS ARENT UP YET?! OH NO!!!!

^^ That's how it's gonna go. :D

And then there'll be a rush of programmers firing up SSH sessions to try and fix things, and the flood of incoming connections will crash the SSH daemons on Neopets' servers, so they'll all have to drive to the office at 2 AM in a giant scramble!

Posted

Well... first the mad rush to get to the office will cause a series of gigantic pile-ups, backing up traffic for several kilometres and causing millions of dollars in damage. And when they finally get there, they'll realise that they forgot the keys! :P

Posted

Still the meepits fault. Having to drive all the way back to get the keys, the meepits have put superglue in the locks. Uh oh....looks like ACV scores won't be coming out for awhile... :laughingsmiley:

Posted

Well, if they could just wait until my watching-for-score-updates shift ends so somebody else has to write the late report, that would be just fine. :P
