livvy Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 I love tough puzzles. The more I have to think, the better. But sometimes I get to where I just really want to get a piece in. Quote
ΩCCΩ Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 As in cutting it in the right shape and fitting it in the puzzle when nobody's watching? Quote
̊ ˉˉ ̊ Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 As in cutting it in the right shape and fitting it in the puzzle when nobody's watching? sadly people will notice that if they look long enough and see that the picture doesn't match up right, although it's a great idea. I personally like the 3 dimensional puzzles, those ones are cool because you actually make something, not just a flat image. and the more complex the better :D They are just so darn expensive though, and getting them used you usually have pieces missing. I have a 418 piece one out right now (although I'm not sure if it has all 418 pieces or not yet....) Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 They sound pretty cool. I've never seen one before. I don't like puzzles, they take too long. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 A 3d puzzle would be cool. Don't they fall apart though as you're making them? It seems like it would be a little bit difficult. Quote
Unstream Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 No they usually stuck together really well. I used to have one. I don't really do puzzles anymore. I just lose interest too quickly. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Really? Huh. Magic Puzzle. The puzzles I did, even the 2d ones, always fell apart. And I really haven't done any puzzles recently. But only 'cause I don't have the time anymore. *tear* Quote
livvy Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I've never done a 3-d puzzle, but I really want to do one. They look like such fun. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Don't they? I want to find a 3d Pikachu puzzle. That would make me -SO- happy. Quote
livvy Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Oh my gosh! That would be super difficult. :O I have a globe puzzle somewhere that I've never done. I should try it. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Check it out. This makes me happy. The globe one would be cool too. But it just doesn't have the same appeal as Pikachu does. :D Quote
livvy Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Haha, that's cute! It doesn't look terribly difficult either; the pieces are pretty big. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Yup. :P. Although it looks like you just plug the ears on. Which is a bit of a letdown, if you ask me. :eh: Quote
livvy Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Yeah... but I imagine the ear pieces would all be tube-shaped otherwise. And it would be kind of hard to put that together. Unless it was a lot of long strips. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Truetrue. Pikachu was definetly not meant to have tube shaped ears. That would just be disgraceful. :sad01_anim: Quote
Captain Awesome Pants Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Pikachu cannot be disgraced. Never. *righteous pose* Quote
livvy Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 *takes out camera and flashes pictures of righteous pose* Perfect! The Pose Righteously On (behalf of) Pikachu Society will love these! Pikachu was always one of my favorites. Probably because he was a "main character". Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 And he always owned Team Rocket. That's probably the real reason. Quote
Captain Awesome Pants Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Pee... PEEKAACHOOOOOOO! *initiate mass amounts of Team-Rocket-owning lightning* Quote
livvy Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 That pretty much sums it up. Team Rocket annoyed me greatly. But I really like Meowth. He was cute, although more evil and cunning than the two Rockets put together. Quote
Captain Awesome Pants Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I love the part in that one episode (or was it a movie? I think it might have been...) where they tell you how and why Meowth learned to talk. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Haha. Meowth was awesome just cause he was the Pokemon-English translator. And he has that cool gold thing on his head. LOOKS LIKE TEAM ROCKET'S BLASTING OFF AGAINNNNNNNN!!!!! Quote
Captain Awesome Pants Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 You know who my favorite Pokémon of all time was? Porygon. Man, I would've married it if I could. Too bad it's ONLY episode was the banned one that caused seizures. <_< Puh. Quote
Domino Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Ohmigosh. Was that the infamous episode? The one with all the flashy lights?! One of my favorite pokemon was Ekans. Just cause it was "snake" backwards. :P Quote
Captain Awesome Pants Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Arbok is 'kobra' which is pretty close to 'cobra.' And yes, that infamous episode. I'm dying to see it. Quote
