I Can't Log In or Get E-mails!

I forgot my password, so I put in my username, to get an e-mail sent. The next day, I didn't have an e-mail. I don't get e-mails, and I even put in my e-mail in "Forgot My USername" and it STILL didn't send me one. What do I do? :O

did you check your Junk Mail Folder ? it may be there ...

Yeah, I checked every single one of the folders it might have went to. It's not there :(

Is your neopets account linked to the correct email address? You may have a different email address in your user settings.

I checked all the e-mail accounts I have... and like I said, I put in my actual e-mailin the "forgot username" box... It didnt show up!

They recently got back on because TNT helped them. They still haven't got the email.
