So I got very upset one day for personal life reasons and sent a ticket to get one of my old accounts back out of my own stupidity. So how in the high heck am I gonna explain to whoever responds to my ticket that it was a mistake and I don't want to freeze my new account?

If your ticket is just open and hasn't been addressed yet, I believe you can just close the ticket, and they won't see it/take any action.

You just select the open to close it. I think you just list a reason. So you can state you changed your mind, and change it to closed.

What if I can't do that either? How do you "open a ticket"? I did this while I wasn't logged on to my account. Migrht as well start fresh again if I can't do anything about this.

But you can do something about it, which is what Spritzie is trying to tell you. What happened with your old account that you are trying to get it back? Was it frozen? Because if so it is extremely difficult to get back an old account that has been frozen, and you have plenty of time to cancel your ticket. You just go to the same area that you made your ticket, or check your email I believe they send you a link about it there as well.

The thing is that I wasn't logged on when I sent the ticket. However I sent another ticket saying that I want to cancel the one I sent.
