EDIT: So I, er, got the list down to these four. These are all under 900 np. The Waterlogged Book and Petpet Park are definitely good to get--well under 100 np apiece.

 

EDIT #2: In finding the prices for the ones that you needed that were OVER 900, I stuck a bunch in my shop and priced again a few times. Lo and behold, some of those ended up being under 900.

I use the JellyNeo checklist. It filters out the books your pet has already read, and you can filter by price and buy all the cheap ones. :D

I don't know how much I can add to that great list from Lady Kakata, but if you haven't already read Witch Hunting Techniques, I know that one is cheap right now (400-500NP) and I don't think it was on her list.
