How long does a Ticket take?

I submitted a ticket to ask for help in accessing my first account since the email address for it has been closed (due to spam flooding. Some of the things I was sent ... :sad01_anim: )

 

I sent it on the 8th, how long do tickets normally take to be addressed?

It can take up to a week or more. Just be patient, and if it isn't addressed in the next week or so, then send another ticket.

It says there's a malicious URL on this page then tries to download something but my anti-virus blocks it

AH! That's Ripway, the image hoster I use. For some reason some Anti-Virus software has issues with the URL

I just did the same thing. I really would like my old account. I'd actually be willing to sacrifice my new ones....maybe.

ARGH! I got a reply today BUT the person said 'You've listed the right birthday so I can't send you your birthday! C:' THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING <_< I've reopened the ticket to say that I KNOW the birthday, BUT I cannot request the password as I don't have access to the old email account

 

And there was me thinking for a moment that I would get a hold of my pets again :angry:
