... how do I decrease my pet's hunger level? I really need it for the Soup Faerie avatar.

Well there is Bloat B Gone but I don't know if it reduces hunger levels. Also the hospital says Flat-u-less Tablets will cure a bloated belly. They describe a bloated belly as

This is what happens when your pet eats too much. Your pet will complain of being bloated and will refuse to eat anything.

Maybe that will help.

for a lot of avatars you have to be patience, so wait till your pets gets hunger again.

another tip is creating more neopets, if you have 4 then you can try 4 times as much for the soup avatar

Yeah, like tafeltennisden says, if you don't have 4 Neopets, adopt one and you could feed it. Or you'll just have to wait till they are 'dying.'

Yes, you'll just have to wait until they get hungry again or use another pet. But I recommend adopting instead of creating. There's too many pets in the pound already.

This might be an obvious question, but you haven't checked your pet/s into the neolodge have you?

The Soup Faerie avatar is rewarded RANDOMLY when you feed your pet at the Soup Kitchen; they do not neccicarily have to be depressed and "dying". I never let my pets go below "not hungry" myself, and I feed my pets daily on my sides. The avatar just randomly happens. You'll have to be patient, I'm afraid.
