Dcoolb
Should we answer it with a number or with the number in the form of a word? Well the answer is 11 or eleven
jumpingbeans
With the numbers. And your answer is wrong, nonetheless. Try again?
khaos
Maybe 11, 11, and 11? It's the only other thing i can think of. xD Rach, you just got ninja'd. xD Wow I can't believe I didn't think of that. Any other person my age would've gotten that. xD

rachiee
I think it's 10, 11 and 12. (If they have to be three different numbers.) dangit ninja'd
jumpingbeans
Yep, Spritzie got it! Sorry 'bout the Ninja, rachiee. Next riddle: A old man passed away, leaving his three sons his horses in this way: The eldest shall get 1/2 of his horses The youngest shall receive 1/3 of his horses. And the middle shall receive 1/9 of them. Yet Trouble arose when, upon examination, the old man was found to have but 17 horses. A wise man came, and, within minutes, he helped them solve their predicament. What did the wise man do?
khaos
He put in another horse, right? Meh. Eldest gets 9 Youngest gets 3 Middle gets
jumpingbeans
Yes he did, Javi. And I put in some new rules. Riddle: What do the rich need, the poor have, and is worst than pure evil Better than everything, yet will kill you if you eat it?
khaos
Nothing is the answer. And I didn't know, sorry, and I didn't edit the answer. I just put in what would they get. Am i hit with a ban? :guiltysmiley:
jumpingbeans
Well, if it weren't for the fact that I didn't add in the rules until after you posted, you would of been banned. But, that, and the fact that your answer is now wrong, I'll give you some wiggle room. Notes: Nothing is the answer, but the previous riddle is back, because you've made yourself wrong. Sorry. So, riddle: A old man passed away, leaving his three sons his horses in this way: The eldest shall get 1/2 of his horses The youngest shall receive 1/3 of his horses. And the middle shall receive 1/9 of them. Yet Trouble arose when, upon examination, the old man was found to have but 17 horses. khaos
Crap. And I can't guess anymore today, according to rules, so I just wasted 20 minutes getting one point. xD Dont want to take up space, and this isn't a guess. I guessed put in another horse. and then the guess "nothing" was supposed to be for the other one and you said the other one was brought back, so i made myself wrong. GAH Im SO CONFUSED!! xD
jumpingbeans
No, you can guess twice per riddle per day. And you only guessed once on it, am I right? No, when you edited your post to the horse riddle, it made it wrong.
Dcoolb
The wise man took one?
khaos
Oh. So he put an extra horse in, since i'm right.
jumpingbeans
Well, I'll accept that. But the fraction were 1/2, for 9, 1/3, for 6, and 1/9, for 2. 9+6+2=17, and the man leaves of his own horse. Next riddle! What's as big as an elephant, but doesn't weight anything?
