So if you put your pet in for 28 days, they will send it on the 28th day. That way you can either check your pet back into the NeoLodge or just be prepared to start feeding them again. Angeló Posted July 9, 2011 Share Posted July 9, 2011 Syrin is correct ... it is sent on the day your pet is checking out ... also the email is sent to your regular email (the one you registered with, like hotmail or yahoo) .. not neomail ...
