mischief51 Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 I noticed that in the secret lab map guide there is a range of prices listed, but there is no place for the separate prices of each part. I recently got a piece in a random event but I don't know how much I should sell it for (the trading post has sets/varying prices). Should I just search harder for an average price on the trading post or is there another location that has individual prices? Thanks! This topic has been edited by a member of staff (Spritzie). Angeló Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 http://www.neopets.com/~dekasin this petpage should help you ... it is updated on a regular basis Quote
Piticent Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 SunnyNeo could help you too (SunnyNeo is a link). They also have graphs and whether prices went down or up for a particular piece Quote
huskrlvr1985 Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 I use the TP to price my lab map pieces, if I get them. Just use the name given to the piece, and search for it in the results. It's easier then using the SW because you can actually see the pictures. And sort by newest first to get the most recent prices. It's not an exact price, but the lab map prices change so often that it is a good start. Quote
Cornflakes Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 I use this guide religiously, as it is continuously updated: http://www.neopets.com/~dekasin Quote
siniri Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 I like JellyNeo's item database for things like this because you can click on the price (once you've clicked on a specific item) and see the price history for that item (how its price has changed over time, and how recently they updated the price). If you want to search in the Shop Wizard, when you hover over a shop, you'll see "obj_info_id=" followed by a number. Even though each piece has the same name, they each have their own number. I used to buy individual pieces and sell whole sets. By keeping track by id # and recording prices by letter group, I could get an idea of what was a good price for each piece without having to click into a shop. Quote
Cornflakes Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 I use the item database at Jellyneo all the time. The prices are ok. They are not updated frequently though. Quote
