my case and point. your 1 of several million neopets users in that boat. i can hold my own but i know ill lose a lot if that happens. and i would be mad.

i keep saying all we hear is "hubrid nox" from HANSO theres no proof at all that he actually has it. for all we know hanso could be sneaking in to plant the relic in his place to cause a all out war, so that he can unload the other items for more. also i find it suspicious that they didn't force him to tell what acquaintance of his. and how this "acquaintance" found hubrid to sell it to him in the first place. and more importantly how hubrid would know how to turn everyone to stone. OR THE FACT that xandra is the ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE ITEM! and even SHE didn't know that it could do that. i find that highly suspect when even the original owner doesn't know the property's its not asked how she got it, from where, or what it can do. to be fair its said that she didnt know what items were stolen, but then wouldn't it make more sense to go back and um oh IDK find out the magical item that was able to petrify the entire faerie city or send her back to go do it while they tracked him down got the relic?!

 

i mean common here there's also the fact that there not even trying to cure the faeries per say, there's no one trying to identify exactly what magic was used on them which should be fairly easy considering that'd take a large amount of energy to do in the first place. so they probably could find a spell book to identify the spell!!!

 

{gets nabbed by men in white coats because i was just diagnosed with WFPTLs, or as its better known, waiting for plot too long syndrome, symptoms include: random clicking on plot comics while shouting "GIVE ME SOMETHING TO DO ALREADY!!!!" constant nonstop ranting about how the plot is impractical, which leads to try mouth irritability sore throat angry as the techo face and much much more}

I agree with this too. Why aren't the stupid people trying to figure out the important things >_< and the "Heros" Would make terrible FBI or Cop people....seriously...

I really hope Nox is just a distraction, that would be so lame if he was the real villain. I hope that they go into the backstory of Hanso and Brynn though, maybe there's something more to that...and I don't mean romantically, I mean in the sense that it somehow adds more background information to the plot >_<

Also: Something has happened! A beautiful Fire Faerie floats down and gives you a Zombie Petpet Paint Brush!!!

I dont want bd plot but I have heard alot of people on the neoboards saying "bd plot yaaay!!!" or war plot is even more popular. I guess they are differant. Not really sure.

I think they're just having fun with it. I enjoy their little stone jokes. Especially the stone pies, since the Neoboarders were making such a big deal over it.

I still don't think he's the primary villain. It's far too early in the plot for that.

 

I agree. I'm really curious to see what they do with it...first time in a while I've really been interested in a plot; hopefully this won't be like some of the others recently that had a really hurried, half-baked feel to the ending. I can't remember which particular one that I'm thinking of; maybe Journey to the Lost Isle? Whichever it was, when it ended I was just like, what? That doesn't even make sense... o_O So yeah, if they end up with Hubrid Nox actually being the real villain I'm going to be really disappointed. Honestly I think the real problem is all the site events they do now; makes it hard for them to do real plots because they have to get ready for the AC or one of the Games Master Challenges -- which, frankly, I'm getting kind of sick of after so many years. <_< They were great when they were a new idea, now they're a chore. And while having one recurring yearly event (the AC) is kinda neat, having 3 different ones is just overkill -- even if they could get everything planned and set up fast enough, there's not really enough time for a whole plot to unfold before it's time for another site event, and so rather than have people juggle both the plot and the event they just cut the plot short, which stinks. At the very least I wish they'd go to just one Games Master thing yearly instead of having two different ones.

 

Also, it may be because I'm tired and worked all day, but I just had a really weird idea -- what if the faeries did this to THEMSELVES? I mean, we're all getting frustrated because we can't use the Healing Springs or Wheel of Excitement or what-have-you...maybe the faeries were feeling unappreciated and wanted to prove to us how much we'd miss them if they were gone? Think about it... (Ok, I'm being silly, but it WOULD be an amusing twist. :P)

Well I have certainly learned to apreciate the healing spring faerie... My poor pet has had neggitis 3 times now from the wheel of misfortune. not sure why i still spin that one... lol. Faeries I promise to never take you for granted again if you just come back!!! :yes:

what i find interesting is the fact that the other day they released the plot early when there was no step. so if this one doesnt have a step and is more backstory i will be TICKED off. >=O {shakes fist like the angry techo}

 

Anyways another amusing twist would be if hanso fell down and broke the mirror petrifying all of faerieland and blamed it on hubrid nox. XD
