When you get a new side account you get given NC as a starting thing, am I allowed to use this in the NC mall and then trsde the item over or can I trade the NC over to my main.

They actually got rid out the free NC with new accounts. They give you a mystery capsule instead.

I'm sure they gave me NC - but I didn't want to use it incase I go banned for it.

If they gave it to you, I don't see how using it would be a problem :D

You can use the NC to buy something, but you cannot transfer it to your main account. I some free NC stuff and I cant transfer it. :sad01_anim:

Are you saying because it is against the rules to transfer it to the main or because you don't have a gift box to do it?

Hmmmmm.... never mind what I said. I just tried it with my free Giftbox and, with a Giftbox, you can send it to your main account. You cannot send the NC item alone.
