KatyaofOctober
Most of the time someone will put in "The Wishlist" that they want neopoints and/or items or nothing specific for the exchange. So the way you know if you are going to spend neopoints depends: 1) The user may put on their wishlist they want a specific amount of neopoints (PURE) and that means that you will need to pay that amount to get your item (or pay slightly less if you want to haggle.) 2) Sometimes a user will put on their wishlist that they want an item. If you dont have THAT item or an item of equal or greater value then most likely you will be trading in neopoints. I hope that makes sense. Does that answer your question? :)
Secre
You can always offer in neopoints, but you know that they want neopoints in particular when they state it in the wishlist...
Divya Bean
None doesn't mean that they don't want np, they probably do. If they want a specific item, then they will probably say it in the wishlist, or nm you after you bid in pure np. That happened to me once, but sadly, I didn't have any spare Baby PBs lying around :)
