For the packrat avatar do you have to have 1000 different items, or can you have 1000 items with some being multiple?

Correct, you need 1000 different kinds of items. With the recent advent calendar and all that, it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Lol that would be much easier, but sadly, no. Look on the bright side though-once you are done, it's truly like a savings...you'll have a ton of stuff to sell in your shop and make it all back. Much better when it's not all fishing junk.

Slowly work up your SDB items :D I am a natural packrat so I didn't have any problems getting the 1000 different items.. But I can't seem to want to sell them xD. But if you do, you should make a nice profit! :D

Agreed. Selling all my stuff after I got the avatar was pretty awesome. It's like a nice little bonus!

As a natural Packratter too, I tend to chunk everything in the SDB and when I sold the codestones I had at once, I got about 100K after a few hours :D.
