agreff
I have officially played 95 games of Pyramids and have not won a single game. Am I really that terrible at this game? Or is it really just chance and I've been that unlucky?
Kex
Pyramids is freaking impossible. I've won maybe two games ever.
Shane for Wax
I don't like Pyramids much anymore because it's broken. The cards in the pyramid should overlap, but they don't. At least not for me.
Chanizilla
I have gotten that trophy (gold) Many times. In my experience you should play a 3 card game and try your mightiest to use all the cards you ca from hand and layed out. If you notice you got a rough hand just quit the game and try again. I think you only need to win two games in a row for gold...

Chanizilla
Oh haha, yes sorry I mixed them up! Oh when your doing the pyramids it's a lot of patience, similar to solitare if you seem to run bad luck right away just cancel your game and start over. It is the same, two games in a row get you gold. It took me... maybe a week to do it I think... two wins, not sure if they were in a row... Ithil
I think Pyramis is a lot of luck and some tid bit of strategy. I finally got the golden trophy not so long ago. For me, it's pure luck to have two wining games in a row -_-
whethalar
I've never won ever. But then again, I've only ever played 20 games. It's good to pass the time I guess, and get np while being bored.
Jenny ^_^
It took me awhile to get it, probably a month. I wasn't really trying to hard though, I really like the card games because they're relaxing. The only semi-strategy I used was not to rush it. It just takes one tiny mistake to ruin the whole sequence. Good luck!
Cara
Don't worry about not winning yet, I played over 100 games without a single win as well. (I was especially irritated about my friend who won the bronze trophy in a few games.) However, the first time I won I ended up winning two in a row and getting gold anyway, so you really shouldn't give up.
Fabala
I've played 122 games, and have only won twice. Though what's kind of annoying is I already had the bronze before those two wins, I got it years ago, but by the time I played again recently to go for silver my scores were reset. So now I've got to start over.
Masaryk
Pyramids is my favourite non-Flash game on Neopets. It does take a bit of skill, or at least, a "feel" for solitaire-type games, but it's mostly luck. Keep practicing at it, and you'll get a trophy soon. agreff
Yeah! Game 102 I finally won a game! So is there anyway to cancel a game if you know you're not going to win?
Shane for Wax
You can leave the page then return. It will ask if you want to continue or not.
flyingeevee
Took me well over 100 games of pyramids for just the Bronze trophy! xD Lots of luck and thinking involved...but I have the worst luck so if I can get it, you can too :D
Ashbash
I love pyramids! It is difficult though. I win once in a while and I think it's mainly just luck and choosing the right card at times when you have multiple options.
Batman
You can leave the page then return. It will ask if you want to continue or not. If you say you don't want to continue will it reset your win streak?
Shane for Wax
Uhm...I don't know. I don't think so. Don't quote me on it. :P
Envy
"You have played 99 game(s), and you have cleared the pyramid 2 time(s)." In my entire time of playing Neopets I have *never* managed to get the gold trophy. I love the game.. it just doesn't love me.
twistedgalaxy
It's mostly about luck - some chance because if you have two nines it effects the outcome by which one you choose... *but* I used to play pyramids quite a bit through yahoo games. However 100 games in on neopets and I haven't cleared the board once. I'm also not a fan of the constant refreshing and scrolling down. Ashbash
This thread has inspired me to play a lot of pyramids today haha.
whethalar
Well, it got me playing pyramids yesterday a dozen times.
