Photobucket requires an account.

Photoshop can hold up to 2GB, more than Photobucket's (for non-paying members) 1 GB.

Imageshack and Tinypic don't require an account, however, they both have random image URLs, which with Photobucket, you can choose the URL.

I use photobucket and it does require an account. On my laptop in my browser I have my user and password set so it always displays when I go to the homepage so all I have to do is click login and I've never had a problem with photobucket yet. I just opened my account a few months ago.
