I've no idea how TNT are going to award them to people who already have a Baby Lupe. But the change was made to the Rainbow Pool, which is a huge hint that the default Baby Lupe will now be wearing his cute little scarf! yay! Quote

I have always thought they looked odd without them, and people who own Baby Lupes complained. I'm happy they have them now! They look great :).
