I personally have money on the former. Instead of focusing on Key Quest that I can safely bet that less than half of the Neopian population plays, TNT, why not start thinking about some REAL prizes this year (like a stamp, paint brush, etc...)? Or make it hard to obtain, like All-Star only. Thus, people would really help their team and play in order to get it. Less freeloaders, more win. This gets worse each year...
