You can LOSE your Count Von Roo avatar?!

But yes, you can lose that avatar the opposite way as how you got it. (sort of like that sloth one from a RE)

I guess I'll just have to play again each day until I get it back....then I'll never play again! D:

Yeah, it's one of those avatars that you can lose.

 

I've never lost it, but I know of tons of people who have. Just try again and again and you'll get it back x_x

On my first try I won the avvy :D (brings out a shield) and I never played again...and I didnt even know that you could lose the avvy XD.

Yeah..I lost it a couple of months ago too..and forgot about it...i rarely get to catch the count because i usually have classes at that time...It's annoyning but at least you can boost your level without spending a fortune on codestones.

I just got the avatar yesterday, I was so happy because I usually lose. I won't play again, as last week we tied for 4 rolls and he kept doubling up the amount of levels, yeah....lost a LOT of levels that day, don't want to lose my avvie too.

Tie Count Von Roo for the first roll, then successfully defeat him upon the second (thus earning two levels). This avatar can also be lost in the same way, if you lose to Count Von Roo instead. Your Neopet must be Level 3+. Count Von Roo is awake between 12am-1am NST.

 

Midnight NST is equal to 3am EST... so I really don't get to play often. So far, I haven't gotten the avvie...

I got the avie and then quit playing and then one night I was off work so I went to play and see if it would up my Jetsams level and Ill be darn if it didnt take levels and the avie. I knew it could take it but I didnt figure it would right away. Needless to say when I get it back Im not playing that game again. LOL.

It seems like Count von Roo is one of those things where you're in it for one thing or another. If you want level gambling, you can't worry about the avatar, and vice versa. It's too much of a risk in either direction, and the late hour is also another reason I don't go for it. Recent insomnia's allowed me to snag the avatar. ^^; I'm sorry you lost your avatar, though, and good luck getting it back.

Well I'm not entirely sure but let's say you have the avatar. You tie with him and doesn't it give you the option of quitting? So technically you could still play without losing the avatar, right?

I think unfortunately, the next roll would still ride off of that tie, even if you put off rolling a day or two.

It would have been great for me if it was at 3am but in my time zone the Count is awake at 10am and i'm usually at classes then.I'm in a bad streak at the moment and keep losing to him, but is it really that hard to tie and win to him?Because i can't say I was really that worried about this.

Its a random avatar so some people could get it there first time and some could take months. I don't play very often so I just loose lots. Like that one time when i lost four levels in one night. Awesome.

Eck I hated getting that avatar. I stayed up till 3 AM every night over summer vacation to get it, and a week before school started, I finally got it.

Wow Ali, that's dedication! LOL It's 2AM on Neopian midnight for me here.. I am always up until 5-6AM so that's no problem but I tend to forget!

It's 9AM for neopets midnight for me, so that's nice and relaxing unless I'm in school of course. I got it pretty quickly in some vacation :)

Neopian Midnight is 10am for me. I'm working/volunteering them. I got the avatar on one of the vacations a few weeks ago. I got it on one of my first tries. Luckily I haven't played since! I didn't know you can lose it until I read this topic.
