I heard something about this in the Live Chat last night, but forgot to look into it.

 

Although I don't know all the details, everyone seems pretty excited and in itself is exciting haha

It'll benefit most avatar collectors, but for some who are catching up, its one other avatar to deal with. XD

Ohh I was going to make a topic about this as well..! I really want to know what they'll be. I hope it's not a bunch of game avatars for the new games (Well, I could do Super Hasee Bounce and Shenkuu Tangram probably..!) because those can be SO hard! D: The majority of avatars that I do not have are game related. *sigh*

I have to admit, I dislike the game avatars. Mainly because I saw my husband foam at the mouth over trying to get over 100 on Ultimate Bullseye 2. And he likes the game! I know he'll never get the Super Hasee Bounce avatar because he absolutely hates Hasees.

When I play SHB a lot I get so mad.. I start threatening them verbally.. LOL I'm like "If you were here right now I would punch you in your little hasee head arghhhh!"

Well, they used to release avatar on every pet day! (Clickable most of the time...) so that is a good news :) I'm just tired to see always the same pixels being used on the boards XD.

I too am excited! I hope it's nothing TOO difficult, but I prefer to do something to earn the avatar. Clickable ones are nice to add to your amount but you don't get that same satisfaction.

That's a really good point, plus if they are just clickable then you will likely see them everywhere. It's very fulfilling to use one that not many have.

i agree as well, i jus hope its not a game one.But, i think it would be cool to have one when the lab changes your gender, but i guess its pretty rare making the avvie hard to get, but it did happen to my jubjub...

Well there is already one for the lab changing your species and I get my pet's gender changed once a week usually... I rarely get species or color changes. D:

It's about time! I've been an avatar collector all along. I was worried that I'd lose interest in Neopets soon since there haven't been new avatars in so long. I'm really glad to hear that they're getting back into the avatar biz! :D

Well, sorry guys, it looks like that avatar was just replacing the old one.

 

OR it could well be a unreleased avatar, as I checked Neo Avatars and Avatar Log, and none of them had it in their DB, but surely someone would of picked it up by now, being in the NT and all...
