Mimii Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Until very recently I was a person who spent my NP whenever I got it, I rarely had more than 200k in the bank unless I had to save for something expensive. :S Now though I am trying to save up 7mil for the Meowclops collateral and hopefully get that Number Six avatar soon so I do not spend a single NP that isn't for dailies. I am quite stingy but have seen immense results. I have a lot of NP saved up now and it feels great! I am kind of wondering if I will be able to part with them though.. when I reach my goals. I might just never spend NP again! D: Oh noes! Quote

First it was some Lutari Talisman beads, then it was collecting all the pieces of the Secret Laboratory Map, then placing a lot of money in stocks. Right now, I'm not spending, but I'm not exactly saving either, as I don't have anything motivating me to play the games. I really don't like them in the end, so I don't earn the NP I should. Quote

Have been being very stingy with all the neopoints I'm making, however every so often will give myself 40k to spend on anything I want and I go a spree :) It means that I don't blow all the money I earn! Batman Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 I used to save up like 500k then spend it all on books. I got the honorary booktastic award and sort of stopped doing that. Now i have been going for the avatars which can be expensive. So i am saving for the Number Six avi and then spending it all on collateral for higher priced items or just buying what i can't be loaned... Then the lab map is a must though maybe books i havent decided yet. Quote

Sure neopoints make you feel good, but in the end, its what the items that you posses, rare or not, that will remain on the site for others to see. They cant see your neopoints, but they can see your items, your avatars etc, and i feel thats what counts. Quote
