Ian
Hello everybody! Ian here with the TDN Department of Homeland Security. I just wanted to let you know that your tdnAccount (NOT Neopets or TDN Forums) passwords could have been compromised in a certain break in to our admin panel. Whilst your passwords are encrypted, really easy passwords are crackable. Whyyyy... This means that *ALL* TDN members with tdnAccounts need to change their passwords NOW! You can do so by going to the Members area and changing your password. You will have to re-login after you change it. Keeping you safe, Ian

Queen Milli
I changed it! Thanks for telling us all, as no one wants their account hacked!
Xepha
Quick reminder: A safe password contains lower cases, upper cases, numbers and symbols. If it's hard to remember, it's a good password. Please don't use the same password for multiple things. Wishing everybody is safer now!

Adris Undead
thank you so much! I just changed it, but a lil' question? Is this because of the cookie grabber a few weeks ago?
Ian
thank you so much! I just changed it, but a lil' question? Is this because of the cookie grabber a few weeks ago? Nope, it didn't have anything to do with that at all.
Crusher
Mine's changed, thanks for helping us out Ian :). With the staff we have, especially our heads of staff, I really doubt we could ever be pulled down. It's always best to stay vigilant though, especially when you're the number 1 help site for Neopets in the world ;). =Cameron=
Stephé
Thanks Ian! I had a bit of a minor panic attack during the process of changing my password but it turned out well in the end. I hope everyone's staying safe here!
FutureTXTurkey
Changed Mine. I don't know what is with all the scamming recently. It's here and Neopets, and it's just seems to be out of control. Off Topic: The forum rule braking in this thread is just unreal! LOL! m3l3ana
Lols... I forgot my old password anyways, so probably a good idea I change it!!!
Blue_Flowers_Forever
thankies! I think it would be a good idea to have us change our passwords once a year or so, just to keep this wonderful site hacker free ^_^
~warriorcatsforever~
I did change mine, and thanks for the tip! And we should have regular "change your password!!" reminders...that would be handy!
-Ryan
I'll change mine soon. Atleast this is better than Dupe day 2 and that massive CGer attack we had on the same day a couple months ago. The avvie chat boards freaked out and I was too afraid to even look at the newbies board D=.
jessy
Thanks Ian. I changed mine as soon as I read that.
