I got no change when I zapped my Lupe. Thats 4 no changes out of 6 zaps! Do you reckon there's a link between the pets name and what you get? It's just that this lupe has a really long name - longer than any pet I've zapped before - and I've never had no changes that frequently before.

In the Pt 3 thread here on TDN there were some useful guides posted on how to figure out your combination. Have a look at those (the tread is in the News section). There's even one with pictures.

I have gotten
- Fetch! Stamps
- Spooky Doughnuts
- Ghost Marshmellows
- Sludgys
- Mystery of Halloween
- Halloween Koi Plushie
- Halloween Ixi Plushies
- Slorg
- Meowclops Statues
There were probably other things too, but I can't remember them.

Do you guys reckon that we'll have to have done each option (ingredients, digging, testing) at least once to continue with the plot? 'Coz my internet connection's not fast enough for testing... I tried for over an hour yesterday but someone always beat me to it!
EDIT: I did it!! For anyone else who is having trouble - just pick a grave that's almost fully dug up and refresh over it, constantly - apparently it doesn't matter if you refresh over the test page, you still keep it. Its a great way for those of us with slow internet connections.

I dunno - I love chocolate, but orange chocolate is the one type I can't stand. Ever tried orange-flavoured cough syrup? Imagine that mixed with chocolate... *shudders*

Congratulations!
You solved the crossword puzzle in 2 minutes and 46 seconds!
Thanks, Jasper!

Here are # 9, 15, 18, & 24.....have no idea what 8 & 19 are.
#9. Bloatershroom Extract
#15. Spicy Mortogberry
#18. Barkroot Dew
#24. Evaporated Snorkle Juice
Also, I think #5 is wrong.....should be Liquid Chokato Mould, but I could be wrong.
Thank you!
Could someone please check 5? Its the one I got off TDN's guide but I've just checked two other guides I know and they say 5 is Liquid Chokato Mould, so...

I had to send a score of over 800. Also I've heard of people sending scores of 1,000 to get the juice. Make sure you play til you run out of lives - and don't just think that'll be enough and quit - otherwise you won't get the juice.
-
After that there was something to do with moving blocks out of the repository thingy I don't know too much about that part though.
-
First come, first served, I reckon. Also as such I dont think this will contribute to points - the neopoints and items we are getting as we go is the reward for this section.
And yes the idea is to find the Spirit of Slumber's bones so I would guess we have to keep on going til we find them. What's the bet TNT put them in the very last graveyard they release?
Oh, right, the LDP bit. Well, this is what TNT had to say about it "Because of time-zone differences, not everyone had a chance to participate in these events, so they were not counted in the final tally. Instead, we gave away nifty items during the actual moving process. The more you moved, the better your chance of winning an item! A fair trade-off, don't you think?".
This is what we had to do:
As related in Lenny Conundrum #133, the Scroll Repository was buried by a freak sandstorm. So the first step of the Scroll Repository was to carry away all the sand. Each player could carry away one handful of sand at a time.
However, due to the distance of the repository from the rest of civilization, it took anywhere from 1 to 3 hours per trip. The time it took had to do with the movement speed of the player's active pet: Pets with a speed of 20 or below took 3 hours, and pets with a speed of 80 or above took 1 hour. Speeds between 20 and 80 were scaled linearly from 3 to 1 hours as speed increased.
Also, each time a player took away a handful of sand, there was a chance they would find an item. Each item had a small chance of being a Lost Desert Paint Brush, but was otherwise some cheap junk.
It took players about four days to carry away enough sand to unbury the repository pyramid. 104,034 handfuls of sand were carried away from the repository.

I just want to be able to paint my Lupe Halloween to get the avie - and at present I can't afford the paint brush ;). Having it depreciate solves that little problem :D.

priyanka262, do you know which potion you tried? So we can record it as not being that one?
And Mystery of Halloween is down to under 1000 NPs now. Too many people must be finding it :P. Wouldn't it be cool to find a Halloween Paint Brush?
-
I've got heaps of Spooky Doughnuts too. Not so many Ghost Marshmellows though. Was the book 'Mystery of Halloween'? I got one of those. Also a Halloween Koi Plushie, a Halloween Ixi Plushie, Fetch! Stamps, Meowclops Statues, a Slorg, and a few Sludgys. I already have my Pack Rat, so if you're interested in any of these they're in my shop.

Come to graveyard A-709-27RL. There are heaps of undug graves there - and also hardly any diggers.
EDIT: I just got 9 items from one grave!
-
A good hint is to look at the NAMES of the vines. Personally, I used 6 Icky, 6 Gross and 4 Crumbling. Discard the weakest ones such as decaying etc.
I did this because I read that Pablo used 6 icky, 6 gross and 3 crumbling, so it may vary between people, 3 wasn't enough for me.
Don't put everything on the ground, only discard the weakest ones and then try
I don't agree with this - simply because when I made my rope I had to use 5 of the weakest vines. It probably doesn't matter what the names are, all vine-combinations are different for everyone
-
Here's a pic I got of www.neopets.com/~A_Tale_of_Woe
Just remember that the background is what you are looking for - the trees and paths present are different for everyone.
-
You can do the same task twice in a row. I've just finished digging up two graves in a row. You have to wait about five minutes inbetween each one though so most people go and do another task while they wait.
-
I dunno about the points for this part. I don't actually think we'll get points for it at all. The neopoints and items are the reward. Its like the sand digging/moving bit of the LDP.
-
Ah, yes, got it, thanks!
-
How exactly do we dig? I've joined a team, but... does something special happen when all four spots are filled? How do I even know when all four spots are filled?
-
Or maybe the NP and items are considered enough reward for this bit.
I thinks so. Do you remember the bit of the LDP like this - where it depended on who was on-line? I'm pretty sure they didn't give points for that in the end because it wasn't fair to those in some timezones.
I'm working on trying to find out which potion is which. Here's what I've got so far, post if you know any of the others.
1. Bagguss Juice
2. Juppie Extract
3. Kadoatie Essence
4. Tanglevine Sap Potion
5. Zomutt Mucus
6. Moon Water
7. Liquid Meepit
8.
9. (NOT - Spicy Mortogberry)
10. Liquefied Bumroot
11. Crushweed Juice
12. Boiled Tree Bark
13. Worm Snot
14. Soaked Babaa Wool Potion
15.
16. Jurple Butter
17. Boiled Meowclops Saliva
18.
19.
20. Grundo Goo
21. Powdered BloodFern
22. Pureed Sharpgrass
23. Mutant Gruel Potion
24.
25. GhostBeef Essence
26. Glowing Zomutt Mucus
As you guys post your discoveries (what's not right is good too, elimination and everything) I'll update this.
-
Yikes! Is anyone else a little bit intimidated by the size of the graveyards? This is going to take AGES!

Liquid Chokato Mould is number 5. Currently the only number we don't know is 19. There's a thread in the HW Plot Help section with this in it (titled 'Potion Ingredients') - if a staffer comes on-line and sees this you could update the list in TDN's guide too :P
