Yeah, I just stay on whatever tab I'm on when doing any sort of wheel thing on neopets to avoid complications but it still happened anyway which was odd

It's so strange because it happened to me the past two days but today I tried having literally no other open tabs, neopets or otherwise and it granted me my reward first try with no complications so I dunno why it's Like That but at least I seem to have found the solution. Trudy demands my full attention for her surprises lol

Thank you! As I said to Duma in this post here, I seem to have found the way to fix it, and since I'm not 100% sure it's not just an issue with my laptop I'm gonna refrain from submitting a ticket and just do my workaround. I appreciate your well wishes and hope you have problem-free spinning!

I definitely noticed that having more than one neopets tab open caused problems, but today when it did it and let me get the reward on the second try (as opposed to the several tries of the night prior) it was the only neopets tab open, so my next attempt tomorrow will be with literally no other tabs open; hopefully that works lol

(also sorry for violating spam rules @ the admins, it was an honest mistake, thank you, Duma for the info on what I did wrong)

Update: It did it again today, but this time it only took me one extra try to get it to actually give me the neopoints and prize I won, this is so weird, I wonder if it's just an issue with my laptop, as this forum keeps not loading on first attempt and then loading when I refresh. I'll look into it but just letting y'all know it happened again and I suspect it may just be issues on my end, for any who are following this oddity.

I tried to play, it rolled and said I won 19k, then I clicked accept and it said come back tomorrow to play again, but it never awarded me any neopoints and never reset, I can just keep playing "winning" 19k, and getting nothing. Anyone else having that issue?

Edit: after several more tries, it worked. Still curious if it happened to any of you though!

So, I got a random event that I've gotten a few times in the past and never knew what to do with, and figured this time I'd ask you lovely folks for help/advice! While browsing, I got the random event where the Scratchcard Kiosk Wocky says "You look like you could use some luck!" and gives me a lottery ticket with some numbers on it, and he "hopes I win."

Do I have to do anything to submit the ticket to the lottery? Is it just automatically entered? I've never played the neopian lottery so I don't even know how to know if I've won, so really any info on this at all will be appreciated.

Same here, I got 19k today but the bonus item reset to 7 days (and I was supposed to get it today, bummer, but at least I got my neopoints~)

I had no idea this was even an issue every daylight savings time, so this thread at least helped me understand why it "randomly" broke yesterday so thanks for that info y'all

I had 187 items in my closet and when I pared it down to 149 it let me load it without crashing, thank you so much for the tip!

Hi, long time player but coming back after a long hiatus (forgot my password, as well as the password to the email attatched to the account, whoops) and I wanted to dress my pets up, as their christmas-type accessories don't really make sense in late february; however every time I try to load the pet customization page, flash crashes. I use firefox (I think it matters to know what broswer I'm using in order to help diagnose the problem but im not 100% sure, I'm not very tech savvy sorry )

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how I can fix it? Any help is appreciated

I'm sure there might be a similar process for Chrome and Safari, but I mainly use Firefox, so I haven't tried it for the other two.

(and you were close! I changed the language to try to get donny at the terror mountain toy repair shop to fix my broken bouncy zafara toy that he keeps insisting isn't broken, which is another issues I'm having with the site entirely )

Is the site loading entirely in french for anyone else? I keep changing the language back to english but it just goes right back to french. I tried to submit a ticket but it wouldn't go through :/
