For me personally, my panic attacks and anxiety disorder is genetic, meaning I get it from my Dad.

As mentioned already, meditation does work. My Dad is religious and always claims prayer helps him, but I've never tried since I am not.

I try not to be on meds because the ones I usually get prescribed make me sleepy, which is a bad combo since most of my anxiety is based around driving.

 

Breathing is the key though. Focus on happy thoughts. Talk to someone.

 

It's not a fun thing to deal with but it is possible to manage.

You will be okay.

I downloaded the game on Thursday and the only real problems I have been dealing with is it freezing up (especially when im just FINALLY ABOUT TO BEAT A LEVEL) and/or crashing and closing completely. I've gotten the items and stuff no problem, but damn is this game hard after the first map.

I'm only in house 21 and im bored of the game because I just can't beat it.

 

For those of you who are able to play and are good, any tips on how to actually play and beat the levels without wanting to throw my phone across the room? haha

I tried to view my lookup for both my main and my side and both would only bring me back to the main page. Pretty lame, considering I am trying to figure out which pets to transfer and where. Ugh.

All weekend, my friends and I have been looking forward to this mega storm to hit our campus and give us a four day weekend. Monday they didn't cancel classes that started before four, and last night we all prayed it would snow, but Juno completely missed us and now I am replying from the computer lab.

 

January has let me down on snow days so I'm putting my faith in February, especially since my boyfriends birthday is on Valentine's Day, so a three day weekend would be nice.

I didn't get the lag prizes, and I've lost hope that i ever will. I also, stupidly, purchased a Lab Ray cookie with my nc from the charity corner, and two of my seven days were lost due to lag. I plan on submitting a ticket, but once again, i doubt anything will be done.

 

I was really excited to buy premium again, but with all this lag, I'm afraid I will have to wait even longer.

My friend was doing this for people on World of Warcraft for awhile, the only difference being that they would pay him. (I don't know if it was IRL or in-game, though)

 

Eventually, Blizzard caught on and banned his IP or froze his account or something, mainly because they saw a lot of different accounts going through one IP address.

 

And when I say a lot, I mean like, he made a business out of it.

I was just about to log on after a long day to use my free zaps from a lab Ray fortune cookie.

 

I'm officially starting to get aggravated.

I had just spent hours getting all of my pet lookups and my user lookup to be perfect, and now they are all gone.
I know that with the maintence, one the of the problems they are fixing is the missing html for these pages, but will they be restored, or will I have to spend another afternoon fixing it all up again?
I just dont wanna waste my time now for them to all disappear again.

Right now they are working on that specific problem during maintence. Honestly, don't even bother sending a ticket because youre not alone and it will only makes things go slower.

They should have that fixed soon.

 

I know how you feel, though. I finally thought about making a side account and all of a sudden the registration doesnt wont. *loud sighing*

I just caught her. I got a Aisha Stamp

But on my browser (FF) It didnt show anything other than the title until I reloaded the page and she said she can only give one item a day.

Went into my inventory and there was the stamp.

 

Is this just because of maintence? or does it always get screwy?
