I was away from my account for nearly 8 years. After a few back and forth e-mails with Neopets staff, I was able to deduct that the account was not linked to my college e-mail like I thought and was potentially recoverable! I was able to log back into my old e-mail, retrieve the password and wallah! Old account, fully active, 8 years of time in between log-ins! Don't despair!

That's... fairly strange. I was away from my account for years and came back to everything looking the same... Can you post the image of the Skeith that you saw??

Faerie Items :) I'm not super far, but I try to add a rare item once a week plus a couple minor items! I have about 175 right now, aiming for 200 by year's end!

Oh, I dunno, I've found that a lot of the names I picked for game accounts back in college were pretty random... strings of sounds that I thought sounded pretty :) My original pets (Kyndana and Denob) are over 12 years old and Kyndana is completely random while Denob was named after a planet in a book series I was enjoying at the time. *shrug* Maybe your name was a blend of anime names and your own imagination :)
