I also miss Desperate Housewives and Flashforward.... I got completely engrossed in Flashforward and then they just cancelled it! How can they be so cruel? lol

I do have occasional clearouts though, which is pretty good fun too :)

I wish they would hurry up and get it fixed... I've noticed the lag is worse today as well. It's so frustrating! I have recently found myself with LOADS of free time (which must be one of the first times in so many years that this has happened!) and I can't indulge in an old pastime, which I was really looking forward to :-(

I guess we can all focus on developing our other talents (art, writing etc) in the meanwhile ;-)

I don't believe in the death sentence.... I can't live with the idea that innocent people would get put to death due to another person's mistake or poor judgement. And we all make mistakes. It's not just the innocent person that has been put to death and has had to pay for these mistakes, it's their families and friends too.

I also believe that people can change and may have done stupid things while they were not right in their own minds.

As for sex offenders, I believe they should be looked at on an individual basis... But in the grand scale of things, they should be sentenced similarly to murderers... They have essential destroyed someone's life and self worth and need to learn that there are consequences to their actions.

Although sometimes I think prison is too soft on them. I have known many people who would happily go back to prison rather than return to life outside... That should not be the case.

But that's just my opinion :)

This board is good inspiration for snacking and lunch ideas! Lol.

No, we will have a very small ceremony with my and his parents, my sister and his best friend only. We will have a second ceremony in the church with all our friends and familiy maybe the year after next because we have to save some money first :laughingsmiley:

I wait for them to hit 60... I've been buying and selling shares on neo for quite a few years now and this seemed like a good point for me personally. I'm always a little envious of the people who are patient enough to hold out for them to reach 80-100... I bet it feels great to sell a few thousand at that amount!

I don't mind halloween... Getting dressed up in spooky outfits and having a party can be good fun, but I don't do it every year. But like AJ said, it's not really a big thing here in the UK... You can choose to just ignore if it you want.
