Okay, thanks guys! I picked up a Downsize! for 11k. Even at once per battle, the cost benefit on those is absolutely absurd. I can't imagine needing it more than once a battle. I think that's probably one of those things (mostly) where I'm trying to avoid a draw when both I and the opponent are running on low health.
 
So where to from there?

I'll betcha they froze the battledome prizes in anticipation of the war starting tomorrow and the release of plot specific prizes. Wouldn't want any leaking through early and giving away anything, eh?

Looks like the consensus is to jump up from the Scarab Ring. Personally I think I'd rather go big than upgrade to something I would just have to upgrade later, so I'm probably going to be looking at the KBT.
 
That'll leave me only 3 mil or so away from the Hubrid Nox which I guess will be next on my list to pick up. I have the same feeling as above about buying Sophies Hat. I'd rather just go big.
 
So with a two month or so time horizon, I'll have:
-Gbomb
-Hanso Charm
-KBT
-Hubrid Nox Shield
-Greater Healing Scroll
-Ancient Lupe Wand
 
That looks like a pretty decent set to me. I guess later buys might be a Clawed Shield and maybe longer down the road a bigger healer. Any more advice about that?
 
Don't worry about me training my pet. He's literally constantly in the training school. Thus far key quest has done a pretty good job of paying for the training.
