I'm definitely happy with all the items from Advent. The wearables just make me the most happy. Even for our real holidays and birthdays, I would think most of us usually have something that we really wish for. I know I do. If I don't get it, it's not a big deal, but it's always nice to find something you really wished for under the wrapping paper. I'm hoping for wearables, but if TNT goes another direction this year, that's fine too.

I'm all set with Random Events unless it's a Nerkmid or something. One of my dreamies got zapped invisible like two years ago, I'm still not over it... lol

Has anyone melted their Snow ball yet?! I'm super excited for this event, but I am really picky about spending NC. lol

 

 

Surprised we still don't have extra NC prizes from the clickables yet. but it's only the 4th. Give them time......

 

Am rather impatiently waiting for new wearable prizes though (and not NC clickables). Come onnn.....

 

EDIT: And of course, the first NC Snowball of the Advent Calendar arrives. Knew there'd be one, there's always NC in every event. There will be at least 7 or 9 more to go. Now if only we could get free NC from the AC each year...I think we get one free NC item every year though. These snowballs are too pretty to "melt" however.

 

This Nova was VERY hard to find though. I had to view this animation over and over again till I finally caught it....and it didn't even have eyes!!

 

Now, were are our wearable (NP) prizes, still?

The prizes so far are pretty good. I can't wait to see what wearables they have come up with this year. I'm loving the clickable Nova's!

YES! I got level 5!!! I managed all of the prizes too! I especially like the wig and Garland! We are all awesome! Congrats to everyone and Team Moon!

Done! Snowball Fight gave me the worst time. All told it only took me three hours to complete all the challenges. Not too bad. Good luck everyone!

I completed the Random Challenge, but I am not playing another game until these glitches are sorted out. The glitches are frustrating but at least TNT has been fixing them in a timely manner. Hopefully when I sign back in later everything will be ready to go. My high score on Rink Runner is 12!! I really hope that 220 is a mistake!

I've finished too! Really glad it was fixed before nighttime here on the East Coast. Thanks TDN for the update! And TNT for fixing on a week end!

I think the name of the game for Team Moon today is PATIENCE. Waiting for the ball in korbats lab... Waiting for the Hasee... waiting for the Wind... I am having trouble today. The last couple days I have had a pretty easy time compared to others, but man, today has been rough. So far I have no scores! Ugh... I hope my luck changes!

 

Does anyone have Advice for Kass Basher? I can't seem to unlock the third bat. My best score is 390...

 

Oh and Thanks TDN for all the great Guides! As usual I would never be able to accomplish this event without you!

 

Edit: Mmkay... Totally realized I had the scores messed up for Kass Basher. LOL Needless to say I have completed that challenge. I'm actually done with all of them besides Petpet Rescue. I sent my score before I knew it was glitched... Feels great to be finished today, although I'm worried about that Petpet Rescue issue... I wish it had happened on a week day and not the weekend when no one os in the office... You'd think they would have someone checking in to make sure their events are working properly each day...

My high score for Meerca Chase is 270 so I thought I would have no problem. Wrong! Last time I played this it must have taken me all day! Oh man...

 

Edit: Well I got all the scores besides Stowawy Sting. This game is giving me a lot of trouble. A lot...

I really can't stand Bruno's Backwoods Breakaway!!! I was so worried but managed to get the required score in just two tries. Phew! Thankfully I finished all the challenges today. Wasn't really looking forward to getting home late from Thanksgiving Dinner and having to open my lap top...

So exciting! I wish the did a Twelve year shield. I will be at 12 years in February. So close, yet so far away... I like the 13 and 15 1/2 years the best.

I'm using one of the pet pets I have a bunch of... He got cursed and now I have a seven hour wait.... Ho hum...

 

Does anyone know what the NC prize is?

Let me just say this, I am VERY HAPPY with the prizes I got. I love the background especially. I'm bummed about missing out on the petpet and avatar though. I think what people are upset about, me included, is feeling like they are not rewarded for their efforts with no explanation as to why. I literally sat down in front of my computer for HOURS and in one case almost an entire day going through those catacombs. I did it because I love Neopets, it was fun (although tedious at times), and all of us on TDN had a great time posting about our progress. To think that NONE of those levels had anything to do with the prizes is maddening. If all that mattered was cheering fifteen times a day to get the most desired prizes, I wasted a lot of my time. TNT usually rewards those who give it their all, and I believe in this case, they fell short.

 

Now, all that being said, life is unfair sometimes. I am not going to dwell too much or really freak out. It's just a shame is all.
