Okay. Never thought this could happen to me. 'course I basically do nothing except play games and collect np to buy stamps.
 
It's 2 weeks now. And they haven't reply anything to me. Not even an automatic respond. Arrg

12 hours ago, i played games on neopets and go to sleep without loging out. Then I come back and found out that I have to log in again. So I tried logging in only to be told my password was wrong! I kept trying until they tell me I made too many attempts and have to wait 1 hour to try again.

 

So I waited. Tried again. Nope, doesn't work. Change my password and try again. Still not working. keep trying and get the second waiting period.

 

What should I do? Is this happening to anyone?

Unless 25 more people trump me, I will get my last game avatar (not counting the painful 10 streak one). The Escape of Meridell.

 

Got 2 100pt box. But even without them I would get the avie. Since I finally get a hang of the game and figure out which level to die on (lv7).

I once had bronze trophy from a much higher score that I can't make again.

I always pick team at random. Like, close my eyes, circle the cursor around and than click.

I never care much if my team win or lose.

I only care that I get all star. And all the book prize.

Due to the maintanance stuff, I couldn't go to the food club and bet (and right in the middle of what shape up to be trophy-worthy score too!). So I don't know the result and odds of previous round.

I got it when everyone was doing pit battle for the cursed t-shirt on last year 'charity' event.

 

I wised up and figured that was the perfect time to do the chocolate avie. And kad feeding too, I wager, but I already got the kad avie at that point. And I was right.

Thank you. I will try that. To tell the truth, I don't really want to go into CSS now, since my HTML knowledge is not that solid. Guess I will look into it before doing anything else.

I am totally new to the html thing, although I have some experience with other kind of coding.

 

The thing is I couldn't do some kind of very basic code, and it is driving me crazy. (I do not want to just copy people template, I want to work everything from scratch.)

Thank you for the information. I know that I shouldn't but I am kinda dissapointed and it is hard for me to believe that the site is going to be fully repaired... i dunno, maybe i just see the glass half empty.

I certainly hope not! The site will be fixed. One way or others. Or people are gonna flee. (And the server load will be smaller and so the lag will be gone. At least that's what my limited knowledge about computer told me. But I hope the site won't go this root.)

 

 

I feel bad for people who did not get the lag prizes. I honestly feel like if you didn't get them you will never get them. Which is good because that means the prizes won't be horrible 1np items but actually have some value (meepits anyone?) but bad because it seems unfair that only certain people get them when the lag effects everyone.

 

 

I think I am feeling the same way. I think Neopets got swallowed up by a company who has bigger and better things to do and as such neopets isn't a priority. I felt this way when certain staff who have been around since the very beginning, who stayed through the Viacom take over, left shortly after JumpStart took over. When rats flee from a sinking ship you follow the rats! Or is it the captain goes down with the ship? I'm not a glass half empty girl; I'm a "the glass is both half full and half empty" kind of girl.

 

I never know about staff leaving and people online less. I am always amazed that players know about this stuff! I think I will be the captain sinking. I am not going away until I get at least one stamp avie!

If you think you may come back, I also vote for you to keep the account. Since some things you can never get again, like event trophy, retired avie, some site themes. etc.

 

But if you are determine to delete the account I hope you consider selling valuables from your scb to other (I myself would dearly love some old event stamps since I didn't know about album I never exchange my points for them until recently.) I used to have 80m in bank + 5m in sdb + 18m in battle pet + 10m in stock So 110m total.

Then charity corner comes. I sold all the ex-cheap items got around 10m, I think, and turn around and buy a bunch of ex-expensive stamps. So now I have 20k in bank + 150m stamps in sdb + a few million in album. The rest are the same.

 

I will considered myself rich when I have a stamp avatar.

I don't know if this qualify as achievement, but I just realize I got the high roller and brightwheel avatar sometime ago. Not sure when, since I don't ever remember seeing the wheels went to that spots. But it happened sometimes after the kad avatar I got 6 months ago and edna I got one month ago, which means I probably lose millions rolling the wheels when I already don't need to. And the only reason I know is because I notice my avatar count on neopets and thedailyneopets are different.

 

Now I can say goodbye to the wheels.

How long has it been now? 3 hours? *Sigh*

I wonder if they will release the neopocalyse again....

Awhile ago, I submit for the BGC lend. (Although I don't have enough post count, I had 50m np, so I wished to try my luck.) But recently I get the full collat. Or I think it's full collat, mostly r99 stamps. So I am wondering if I should send another ticket or wait for ALP team to reply first before telling them my new collat.

I want to start a prediction thread asking what everyone think.

I can see 2 opposite scenarios in the foreseeable future.

 

A) People will have complete the 8 required quests and wash their hands. So the prices are going to drop.

 

B ) People not complete the 8 will be more desperate to get it done, so the prices will rise.

 

 

What about the plushie prices?

 

A) Rising price from the people competing for the top donators (Not me. lol)

 

B ) This price is about the balancing point.
