This feature offers an extra layer of security, asking you for an additional code, when logging in to your account(s). To set it up, head to your preferences and enable the new feature. A set of instructions will come up that you will need to follow, including downloading an Authenticator App on your mobile device if you do not have one. OP is being truthful. Basically the database table on the server (where information is stored) is shared for your Inventory, SDB and Gallery. If you get TNT to fix an invisible or stuck item in any of those three places, there is a small chance that all items can be deleted, I presume on accident, in an attempt to fix the original error. If you need an item fixed, you should move all your NC items into your closet before contacting them.

Turns out it's not Pale Moon, but Ruffle that is being worked on. Some scores do still send on Ruffle and more are being worked on. A new work-around has been posted on Reddit by the user who has taken on the project. Of course use at your own risk: https://github.com/juvian/neopets-flash-fix Otherwise I assume people have really old computers that still have Flash on them and they are able to submit scores.

If you are using Adblock, remove it from your browser and put on uBlock Origin instead. The lag is caused by the Adblock extension. Scores no longer send after Neopets made the rest of the website HTTPS. Only a few games have workarounds at the moment and one of the Pale Moon Ruffle contributors are working on a fix to get games playable and scores sendable again. I'm not sure how many people are working on the project there or if they have a time line for a fix.

We are waitin for a theme update/hot fix to fix this issue. In the mean time, there is another theme you can use if you scroll down to the very bottom of the page, click Theme, and change it to Invision. It's certainly not as nice but I'll see if I can spruce it up a bit lol
