Yes, but, as Musical Shoyru said, they only freeze after the round that you used it. So, attack with Thunder Sticks along with lens flare (and a weapon), then you can attack again with two weapons as they remain frozen for the round. And if you get Warlocks Rage you get a third turn they can't do anything at all.1 point
