jemm Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 Since yesterday evening, there hasn't been a single item listed at the Money Tree. I even donated some money to see if it would appear. I'm trying to get my packrat avie (i'm at 744!), and I like to check the tree for items I know will probably be listed for cheap in the shops (and grab a few if I can at 2am). Did anyone else notice this, or to I have some sort of error going on? There are a few pages that my ip redirects, I thought it would be fixed getting a new computer but it does the same thing, so I just wanted to see if it was happening to anyone else. Quote

I checked the Neoboards and people mentioned it there as well, so I guess it's just a glitch that should hopefully be fixed up soon. So to answer your question, no it's not just you :D Quote

I'm just glad I was able to use it, when I first started Neopets (7-8 years ago) I had dialup and it didn't load fast enough for me to get much. Hehe, who doesn't remember those (good, sometimes) old times? My dialup was a measly 56k and I wasn't allowed to use it for downloads. :P Now, with 2Mbps connection, the Neoboards load in a second. Plus the Money Tree is back up so it was just a glitch. Quote

I noticed this the other day, as well, when I flooded the Money Tree with boots. Not a single thing, other than a flippin' ghost. <_< Alas, some sailor is missing his left boot. XP Now, if it were part of a plot, that doesn't mean they'd tell us. I remember their first plot had nothing on the news about it. Kind of creeped me out when I stumbled onto it.... v_v;; Quote
