Recovering an Old Account That I Don’t Remember Anything About

Hello, everyone. I’m sure this topic comes up on the forum about once every millisecond, but I’d like some insight. I have this old Neopets account that my cousin and I made together in 2008, but we didn’t use it for long before it was abandoned. I want to get the account back, but I don’t know anything about potential security questions or the date of birth or email used. I only know the username and the name of our pet. What might be the chances that I’d be able to recover the account if I contacted TNT with this information? If not the account, the pet at the very least… I’d love for her to be united with my modern pets!

You can always try but without any information, that isn't publicly available, your chances are extremely slim.

I figured as much… the only thing I can think of is that the account had tokens from Key Quest, but when I looked earlier, they were gone.

I've recently tried recovering an old account I remember next to nothing about without success. Granted, they were very helpful with my attempt, going so far as to ask about any neocash purchases (like, items in the store) that I may have the receipts for or recall, or any neofriends with that account they might be able to contact to verify, but yeah, unless you know the DOB or your email, I 'm afraid to say your chances are likely to be very low :c
