Question about Neofreind Accept

I just get a alert of neofriend request. He is someone who make NC trade with me. I don't really know him and decide to refuse request. But he already in my neofriend and his name on neomail become red and bold which mean he is my new friend.I think so because he doesn't get freezen and the name become black after I delete he from neofriend. 

Is there some setting let system accept neofriend request automatically? Should I send a ticket to TNT?

Did you delete the alert before you checked your neofriend list?  If so, you might want to send them a ticket.  The only neofriend setting I could find was one to block all invitations in the general settings.

When I saw the alert, I go to neofriend page but  it tell me that there isn't any request for me. I found out there is a new one in my neofriend list and I delete the alert.
