I do not have the email to get into my account as I do not use it anymore and I cannot get into my account since you cannot log in without changing password through email. What do I do.

I'd like to know what to do about this as well.  My account's so old I can't remember the email I used for it.

They have to do something. I created another account to get neoboard access only to find out lots of other people have the same issue.

If I thought it would work, I'd get someone to look my profile up for and see if they have emails listed, but I'm not even sure that would work.

EDIT:  I put in a ticket, so hopefully they can at least tell me my email so I'll know if I have any hope of getting back in at some point.

Sending a ticket is the best option. E-mails are hidden for other members for security reasons so if you don't know it, there is no way to find out. If they don't reply to the ticket, contacting them through social media seems to help so I've heard (I never needed to contact them that way).

I finally got my account back. I do not know if this is a coincidence or what. I contacted Neopets on Facebook and I got my account back today.
