The only thing you cannot do is lie about your account age by putting a 15 year shield when your account is only 1 month etc. It's recommended that you do not have a shield that indicates how old your account is. A word or short phrase is best. Sunnyneo has great tutorials for doing this. Sadly, I'm on mobile right now so I can't grab the link for you.
