Friend needs help getting into an old account.

I have a friend who is wanting to get back into playing, and has not in a while.  He has pulled up the account, but since he has not logged on in a while, they asked him for his birthday to confirm who he is.  He DOES remember the password, but he made up the birthday before, and doesn't remember it.  Nor does he have access to the email he used any longer, or remember the extra information that TNT would ask for to gain access again like last avatar gained, or stocks bought/sold, bank balance, etc.  Is there anything else he can try to get back into it?
