Err Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 I won the lottery a few weeks ago and got a trophy, pretty sure it told me I got the avatar but I can't find it anywhere in my list O.O Is this a known problem? I know a few avvies are "offline" at the mo but I didn't think this was one of them Quote
balloongal247 Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 You only get the avatar if you are the first person on the list of winners, meaning you bought your ticket first. You may have just not gotten the av. Your newest avatars are at the bottom of the list. Err 1 Quote

Scoobert_Doo Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 I believe it may be "glitched". It used to be the first three people would get the avatar, but now it only awards it to the first person. Not sure if that happened when Neopets was bought by JumpStart, from Viacom, in 2014, during the server transition, or if it was doing that even before then. Maybe submit a ticket and see what they say? Err 1 Quote
