Oliver Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I lost an auction on a Strawberry paint brush, but I didn't get my neopoints back! What happened and how can I retrieve my lost money?
suzanoberle Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 How long has it been? I notice that the items aren't awarded immediately, and you don't get your NP back until the item is awarded. But it shouldn't have been more than about 15minutes or less.

They have a LOT of tickets to deal with, with all of the frozen accounts etc. I would send an update to your ticket politely asking them what the status is on your ticket.
