date of birth on account problem

so I haven't had internet for months and just got it back but to access my account I have to enter the date of birth I put in

stupidly, I didn't put my own birthday in and cant work out what I did put

I sent query to neo but know it can take a long time.. is there any other way I could sort this problem out or is it a case of making a new account and starting all over again? :( really sad cos I had my 3 dream pets on it!!!

you will need to send a ticket with as many info abt your account as possible ... (your pets names , items in gallery or SDB , etc) 

 

sometimes they can't sort it out though

so I sent an email from the account email with all of that - should I make a new account using the same email and send a ticket too then?

No, do not email and send in a ticket. Do one or the other. You can post on their Facebook page to poke them into answering faster. Some people have better luck that way.

 

You can create a side account and use that as your main until you get access to your other account.
