Unable to log in to Neopets

I've been trying to log in to my NP account (yesterday and today) and all i keep getting is the "bad password" page. The thing is, I know the password is correct! I've tried both my main and side account and neither works......anyone else having this problem? And, does anyone know what's going on by any chance?

I am guessing you have been chain frozen. It no longer tells you that you have been frozen but lately many accounts have been getting broken into so there is still hope you can get it back.

Because you've been frozen you'll need to submit a ticket in to TNT.

With your side being frozen as well, try creating another side account to use in the meantime and submit a ticket about your accounts from the new side account. You'll need to provide as much detail as possible to get your accounts back. Good Luck! :)
