Making Dreamies Group?

I remember hearing about a group that handled making dreamies and I can't remember what it was called. They had a sign up thing and a list of dreamies wanted . Anybody know what I'm talking about or a similar group?

I think that was it. I was asking because I've been zapping this one pound pet I found a while ago and I could have sworn I remember somebody wanted a checkered Lenny. Thanks for the help!
