How could this happen and what going to happen to my account?? :( How long does it usually take for a password reset email to send. rntracy1 Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 I would clear your cache and/or try a different browser. Also Restart your computer and try again. If all of this doesn't work, contact TNT. My fear would be that someone has hacked into your account and your valuables will be gone before you know it. Unfortunately your account will be frozen as soon as you contact them, but it will be for your own protection. You shouldn't have any trouble getting your account back as long as you can prove it is your account. Name, password, DOB, valuables as well as low value items in your SDB, inventory items, neomails, neofriends, any warnings you may have received and when, trophies and/or avatars in your user look up, things like that. Good luck to you. If and when you do get your account straightened out, set a password that is very difficult to hack. Also to state an obvious point, check your caps lock and num lock to make sure they're off/on. Another thing is don't paste your password from an email. That usually goes a bit wonky too. I hope you can get into your account soon. :) Also it doesn't sound like a hack since you're able to reset the password. By chance are you getting the birthday prompt as well when you try to login?
