Glitch? 1 item became 3?

I put a plushie in the shop, but since it wasnt worth anything, 5-10 np at most, I took it out, but then there was 3 of them instead of the 1 i put in there! Is this a known glitch? Would I get banned from this happening?

Yes it's a know exploit/glitch. Discard the extras or if you wish to feel extra safe you can submit a ticket to TNT.
