Ghoul Catchers confusion

It's been a while now since I finished level 20 and I still haven't received my prizes.

Before sending in a ticket I just wanted to make sure you get them for finishing the map and not for getting 3 stars on every level. Is that correct or am I supposed to get every star in order to receive te prizes?

I've passed lvl 20 just an hour ago or so, and I've received all prizes thus far. You may want to let them know =3

 

Not all levels were 3 starred, although it is quite a pet peeve of mine to have all three... Silly completionist part of me.

All I've gotten were the starter prizes, and the neopoints per level I've played but not the actual prizes. Sending in a ticket, it is. (Grammar learnt from Yoda, I have :'D)

The thing that's supposed to go into your collection (prize for passing lvl 20) doesn't go, it says invalid or something along those lines. Just a heads up ^__^

 

I read typos, grammar and verb/possessive/noun errors just fine, but I can not -for the life of me- make them myself on purpose! I have to be dead tired xD

I sometimes found that I didn't receive them on like level 20/40 but instead when I beat the level after that. Did you get a notification saying you would get them on the game?

I've heard that you only get them once you've reached 50 stars (so not quite 3-stars on every level), and then beat the level again (if you don't get them as soon as you get 50 stars).
