User shops can stock paintbrushes, but it's buyable paint brushes like biscuit or christmas. Something under 100k. The Hidden Tower in Faerieland also stocks some paint brushes such a royal and baby however you can find these brushes cheaper on the TP or auction. Also The Hidden Tower is a perk for those with accounts 3+ years old. So, if your account is not at least 36 months old, you won't have access to it. When TNT says 'keep an eye out' it's just a general way to say; this paint brush or petpet paint brush is now available and you could come across it. You might get lucky and find it during a random event around the site. Or maybe win it from the Vending Machine or Fruit Machine. Alas though, there are no shops in Neopia (excluding user shops) that stock paintbrushes. Quote

Mouseykins Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 The only shop in Neopia that does have paint brushes for sale is the Hidden Tower. Currently only 4 Paint Brushes and 1 Petpet Paint Brush are available from the Hidden Tower. Quote
