transferring magma pets

ok recently I got my xweetok to take a dip in the pool, and my sister really want it as her own so I wanted to transfer my magma xweetok to her 2 weeks old account,but the transfer thingy said my xweetok is a limited and restricted pet and I can't transfer it over. I checked this : http://www.thedailyneopets.com/articles/neopian-pound/and it didn't say anything about magma being a restricted colour. So...I can't transfer it? :/

Restricted pets can only be sent to accounts that have been aged 4 months so you will have to wait until then - if you try to transfer by pounding/adopting your xwee will just turn red.

If it wasn't the magma color that made it restricted, it was definitely the level. Any pet over level 3 can't be transferred to young accounts.
